How do I customize my
features?
Login to
MyNextera OnLine Account Manager and click on the 'Features' menu
item. Options for each feature is explained and can be edited and
saved.

Will I be able to dial 411 for directory
assistance?
Yes.
Directory Assistance is available with Nextera service. Simply dial
either 411 or 555-1212. Each directory assistance call is
$.95.

call?
No.
Nextera's VoIP service does not accommodate operator-handled calls
including collect and billed to a third party.
